The audacity

Sometimes, I wonder if you even know the gravity and repercussions of your decision(s) and action(s), I don't think you're truly and fully aware of what you say or do and the impact it may have on the others.

I don't think you had a right to say what you said nor have done what you did but ultimately, at the point in time, it happened and more so for finding justification and rationalization in the decision, there's nothing that can be done anymore. So when they say what's done is done, it's true. The only way to move away from this is to look forward and try not to let it seep to deeply and allowing it to fester.

Sure, certain events and every day stresses might have pushed you to the breaking point, but I don't think that that's a sufficiently good enough reason/excuse to absolve yourself of blame.

Can things ever go back to when it was free-er and easier? I sincerely doubt it, because as much as people can distance themselves from the situation, ultimately, if it's significant enough, people won't/can't forget.

Let me just say, it definitely touched a nerve.

On to more interesting news, I was just recently contacted online by someone claiming to have been my teacher while I was in school. Now, to be completely honest, I've absolutely no recollection who this man/lady is. But I do give credit where it's due to facebook because it really does help break down the walls (when used correctly). Of course some people tend to go overboard with the friendliness....which is a story for another day. :D
